The KSOA Executive Board asks for your help in defining the direction this organization is going to take in the coming years.  While as officers we are charged with administering the functions of the KSOA, this organization is here to make you a better referee and meet the requirements of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association. We'd like to request your assistance with specific input in the way of organization, instruction and use of funds to increase the skills of new and experienced referees.  We've heard some talk of dissatisfaction with KSOA's activities, so here's your change speak up and make a change.  Otherwise things will stay the same and whose fault will that be?
